Scripts to generate the initial conditions for the Kelvin-Helmholtz tests in
section 6.1 of Vandenbroucke & De Rijcke + the corresponding parameter files.

The naming convention is as follows:
 - kh_fixed: 100x100 setup without bulk velocity
 - kh_fixed_hires: 400x400 setup without bulk velocity
 - kh_v100: 100x100 setup with bulk velocity v = 100
 - kh_v100_hires: 400x400 setup with bulk velocity v = 100
