Scripts to generate the initial conditions for the Kelvin-Helmholtz linear
growth rate tests from Vandenbroucke & De Rijcke + the parameter files to run
the simulations.

The naming convention is as follows:
 - gr_c100: 100x100 simulation
 - gr_c200: 200x200 simulation
 - gr_c400: 400x400 simulation
 - gr_c800: 800x800 simulation
